4 Evils To 3 Day Weight Loss

If you want to lose 10 pounds in 3 days, you will have to buckle down and make sure you are eating the right things and not eating the wrong things. You have to make sure you avoid the 4 evils. So what are the 4 evils? Well I’m glad you asked. They are White Flour, Refined Salt, White Sugar, and Dairy. Staying away from these 4 things alone will result in a dramatic change to your body and you will lose weight rather quickly.

Now I am sure you are very aware of the harmful effects things such as flour, salt and sugar can have on your body. I mean, we hear about it all the time right? We know that they are full of filthy, nasty ingredients that just aren’t good for us. But what about dairy? Dairy is suppose to be good for you, right? I mean hey, milk does a body good. Actually, you might not believe this, but dairy is one of the main reasons you are probably having such a hard time losing weight.

Dairy causes inflammation in your body. It also causes digestive problems, clogged arteries and yes, the dreaded weight gain. So make sure you eliminate dairy from your diet if you truly want to drop those pounds quickly. Get your calcium from leafy green vegetables such as arugula, broccoli, Kale, spinach and greens.

Of course after you have dropped your desired amount of weight you can slowly add these things back in. But if you do, make sure you still limit your intake. Do everything in moderation. If you don’t, you will end up gaining all the weight right back. So starting today, eliminate White Flour, Refined Salt, White Sugar, and Dairy from your diet and you will be on your way to losing 10 pounds in just 3 days.
