Many people overlook just how important rest is to their weight loss. If you do not get the proper amount of rest, your body will not be able to repair itself and get stronger. These things are important because when your body repairs itself, it builds bigger muscles. Those muscles in turn help you burn even more fat faster. So get your rest. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a night.
Next you need to make sure you have the right foods going into your body. No more junk. You have to load up on the good stuff like chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables. Make sure your chicken is the boneless skinless kind. If you can, buy all natural chicken. Its better for you. You also need to completely cut out the sodas and juice. You only need to drink water. Once you have successfully dropped the 10 pounds in 3 days, you can start adding those things back in.
And the last thing you need to do is exercise. Most people think they have to be in the gym hours in order to get results. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
